Live ETAP Technical Support
For potential customers with a demonstration version of ETAP and for clients with a valid maintenance contract, we also offer direct email, fax, and telephone support. Support is provided by staff Electrical Engineers in the ETAP Headquarters (Operation Technology, Inc.) offices in Irvine, CA.
Support hours are 8AM to 5PM Monday through Friday excluding US holidays.
